Originally considered in late 2007, the Thornburg family room was original to the 1970's home. Panelling covered the walls, false beams and a shelf encircled from above.

The initial bid for this work was put on hold by the homeowner in the hopes of getting a lower price from another contractor. After several months, Brian got the call from the homeowner to move forward with construction.

The job was completed in September 2008 in 6 weeks.
