In this 100 year-old house, the property was not only old but a long-time rental. Years of deferred maintenance left it with am almost unusable bathroom.

As it is still a rental, the owner wanted to upgrade the bathroom on a budget. Not an easy task on such an old home.

Both plumbing and electrical needed to be modernized. But Brian was able to only remove enough plaster to complete the repairs, including framing in a dropped ceiling in greenboard, capable of withstanding the moisture in a small bath.

The end result is a complete redesign of the space...new bathroom with corner tub/shower!
