This is a 1917 historic home. Under the dropped ceiling and original plaster was a gem! The steel I-beam supporting the exterior brick for the upper floors and a beautiful roof hip. We decided to add a tongue-and-groove fir ceiling to accentuate the cafe area of this gorgeous kitchen.
